Can I modify my booking?

Yes, modifications are possible up to 24 hours before the service by contacting us by email or phone here.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Between 48-24 hours before: 50% fee. Less than 24 hours: 100% fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or cash payment to the driver on the day.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, we use PayPal's secure payment system.

Can I pay in installments?

No, we don't offer installment payments.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we have baby seats (0-13kg) and booster seats (15-36kg) available for free upon request.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, small animals in transport cages are allowed for free.

Is there a luggage limit?

1 suitcase per person + 1 hand luggage. Extra charge for sports/bulky equipment.

Do you offer wheelchair accessible vehicles?

Currently, our fleet doesn't have specially adapted vehicles for people with reduced mobility. We apologize for this limitation.

What if my flight is delayed?

Can we make a stop during the trip?
